My experience was very positive.  Elvis provided an estimate over the phone and the final cost was within the estimate.  We were able to schedule the cleaning for the following week.  Elvis and one worker arrived on time and were very professional.  The carpets and drapes look great!!!!  We had just gone through some construction so there was a lot of dust and traffic on the carpets.  They now look brand new.  The drapes also were dusty and had never been cleaned despite being hung a number of years ago.  They also look fantastic. They also cleaned a few spots on other carpets at no extra cost. I found the overall cost very reasonable for the amount of work performed.  I definitely would use them again.

They were fantastic. They alerted me to several paint stains on my rugs that were made by my contractors, and spent extra time, at no extra charge, to make sure that they removed them.
